• Quality is listed as the number one goal in FHT’s Employee Manual. FHT is currently AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered.
  
• Quality Assurance reports directly to the CEO of FHT and is specifically tasked with the authority and responsibility for product quality. Every operator is encouraged to report any and all quality problems.

It is our policy to deliver quality products and services to our customers on time through continuous improvements and lean manufacturing approach. We have documented CI and have implemented manufacturing techniques to ensure maximum output with minimum waste.

We utilize paperless documentation, shop floor control, and quality management systems to support rapid changeovers, accommodate communication among teams, and provide highest quality products and value to our customers.
